Algeria belongs to Novo Nordisk International Operations Business Area Africa (IO BAAF) is one of the largest and most dynamic affiliate in IO.
We are looking for a haemophilia Product specialist based in Algiers.
The job
You report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for all commercial aspects in your field. This position represents Novo Nordisk within an assigned territory with the goal of maximizing sales and positioning Novo Nordisk as the leading company in haemophilia. The Product Specialist must assume responsibility for achieving sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies aimed at effectively selling and promoting Novo Nordisk’s portfolio of haemophilia products to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other paramedical customers and current co-promotion partners who make or are involved in purchasing and prescribing decisions.
You will work closely with marketing and medical department to build sufficient sales strategy

Qualifications
- You are Doctor in medicine, pharmacist, biologist or dentist
- Proven leadership and decision-making ability.
- You have extensive experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- You must think strategically and have excellent communication, negotiation and influence.
- You have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong Key account management aptitude
- Must have a consistent proven track record of winning sales results
- You take initiative and have a strong can do attitude.
- Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required.
